Job Description :
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients to design and implement
Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
o Customize and configure D365 CE entities, forms, views, workflows, and business
rules to meet client needs.
o Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems and applications using APIs, web
services.
o Design and implement data migration strategies to move data into Dynamics 365
CE from legacy systems or other platforms.
o Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Project Operations (formerly PSA) Projects
o Provide training and support to end-users, administrators, and stakeholders on
using Dynamics 365 CE features and functionalities.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project
managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
o Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Dynamics 365
CE through training, certifications, and community forums.
o Participate in pre-sales activities such as preparing proposals, conducting demos,
and presenting solutions to potential clients.
o Design and develop custom Power Apps canvas apps, model-driven apps, and
portals to meet business needs.
o Configure and customize Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) workflows to
automate business processes and integrate with other systems.
§ Must Haves
o Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 CE implementation
and customization.
o Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Marketing, and
Project Operations
o Exposure to/knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O
o Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, and client-side script
(Javascript).
o Fluency in English, both written and verbal
§ Nice to Have
o Certifications on Dynamics 365 CE or Power platform
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
o Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 Project Operations (formerly D365 PSA)
o 2+ years of Dynamics 365 Project Operations/Project Service Automation
