    Description

    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in human resources, talent management, and organizational development. This internship will provide valuable exposure to HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and other core HR functions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
    • Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
    • Support HR personnel in maintaining employee records, data entry, and HRIS management.
    • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, workshops, and events.
    • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and documents.
    • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects related to performance management, training and development, and diversity and inclusion.
    • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to provide insights for improving HR processes.
    • Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information when needed.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
    • Participate in department meetings and contribute fresh ideas to enhance HR strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
    • Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
    • Prior experience in HR through coursework, projects, or previous internships is a plus.
