    Responsibilities:

    1.

    Talent Acquisition:
    You will find the people who believe what webelieve andbring them on board. You willmanage the entire recruitment processfromidentifying needs to onboarding new teammembers.2.


    Culture Building:

    3 Employee Relations:

    Qualifications:

    1.Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a relatedfield.2. Proven experience in an HR rolepreferably in a startup environment.3.Strong understanding of HR functions and bestpractices.4. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.5. Ability to handlesensitive information with discretion andintegrity.6. Passionate about people andculture building.
