    We are seeking a Social Media Lead to play a key part in bringing exciting projects to life at MoveUp Media.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Social Media Strategy Development: Create and implement social media strategies for both brands, including setting goals, targeting the right audience, and choosing the right platforms.
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Define and track KPIs to measure the success of our social media efforts.
    • Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage a content calendar that showcases our brand's personality and resonates with our target audience.
    • Engaging Content Creation: Craft and publish engaging content across multiple platforms to drive user interaction and conversion.
    • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media posts maintain our brand's tone, voice, and visual identity.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Experience in Growing Social Media Channels: Proven track record of increasing social media followers and engagement.
    • Deep Knowledge of Premier League, Everton, and European Football: A passion for football and understanding of its complexities.
    • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work weekends and evenings, as well as adapt to algorithm changes and trends.
    • Trendspotting and Growth Opportunities: An eye for spotting areas of growth and opportunities for improvement.
    • Excellent Adobe Photoshop Skills and Graphic Design Experience: Proficiency in graphic design and ability to create visually appealing content.
    • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals.
