We are partnering with a top Outsourcing/BPO consulting company in search of a Lithuanian, Estonian, or Czech-speaking Content Moderator and investigator to join their Lisbon teams. The role involves supporting a major technology firm that offers mobility services, vehicle and scooter rentals, car sharing, and food delivery.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Schedule: Weekly shifts of 8 hours with breaks, covering all days of the week, 24/7

Remuneration: Base salary

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing graphic content from users to ensure compliance with guidelines
• Handling highly sensitive content
• Following relevant instructions and procedures
• Adhering to confidentiality policies
• Conducting outbound calls for investigations

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Lithuanian, Estonian, or Czech (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• Ability to excel in a dynamic and structured team environment
• Decision-making skills based on rules and policies
• Passion for assisting others in achieving results
• Tolerance for sensitive visual content
