    Manager - Digital Marketing

    Job Responsibility:

    The Digital Marketing Expert at Bangladesh is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of digital marketing activities to drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales.


    This role involves:
    managing performance marketing, branding initiatives, CRM strategies, social media campaigns, platform management,ordering platforms optimization, and search engine optimization (SEO). The expert will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Performance Marketing:

    • Ensure daily targets are met and devise median plans for upcoming months.
    • Collaborate with agencies to optimize campaigns on platforms such as Adwords and Facebook.
    • Conduct daily performance tracking and weekly reviews.
    • Oversee creative aspects and analyze campaign analytics for insights.
    • Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports.

    Branding:

    • Lead integrated digital campaigns and extend brand initiatives.
    • Develop social media strategies and content calendars.
    • Monitor social media performance and engagement rates.
    • Implement influencer marketing strategies.
    • Drive content marketing efforts aligned with brand objectives.

    Search Engine Optimization:

    • Implement SEO best practices and strategies.
    • Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and keyword targeting.
    • Manage platforms such as Clevertap, Singular, GA & Limetray

    Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams including Product, Tech, and Innovation.
    • Directly manage digital marketing agency partners.

    COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

    Internal:

    • All departments like Product, Tech, Research, and Brand.

    External:

    • Third party agencies
    • Media & Creative

    QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

    • 89 years of work experience in Digital Marketing. Experience with Agency and Brand both will be added advantage.
    • Must have experience in, UAC and app install campaigns on various paid and owned media like Google, Facebook, Apple Search Ads, etc.
    • Should have an indepth understanding of Google Analytics, Appsflyer/Branch, Clevertap/WebEngage and other popular tools for mobile attribution, acquisition, reengagement.
    • Experience in driving App growth in Travel, Ecomm, OTT, D2C, in any B2C organization or Agency
    • Strong analytical skills; bias toward decision making based on data, and high proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyze, and present data.
    • An independent selfstarter with an entrepreneurial flair and should be comfortable with making decisions
