    Description

    Position : Key Account Officer Reporting : Sales Manager.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our surgical disposable

    products and services

    Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads in the healthcare

    industry

    Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare

    professionals

    Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to potential customers

    Negotiate and close sales deals with customers

    Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and

    key decision-makers

    Provide excellent customer service and support, including post-sales support

    Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and

    product delivery

    Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the healthcare

    industry

    Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our surgical

    disposable products and services

    Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

    Meet or exceed sales targets and Organization goals.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

    Proven track record in sales, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a

    similar role within the surgical disposable industry is an added advantage.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build

    strong relationships with healthcare professionals

    Strong negotiation and closing skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

    Willingness to travel as required to meet customers and attend industry

    events

    Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
