    Job Description:

    He should be a self-starter with a can-do attitude and the ability to work to tight time frames. Sales executives are the key point of contact between an organization and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. Strong and likeable personality

    Primary Responsibilities:

    1. Create Sales for Glass Accessories like handles, patch fittings, shower hinges, spider, door closer, clamp etc.
    2. Prepare & execute monthly Sales target.
    3. Develop Go to Market Plan to Achieve the above from Dealer / Distributors.
    4. Responsible for identifying, appointing and developing dealers
    5. Meet dealers, wooden / Glass doors fabricator, push them for Regular / Repeated purchase.
    6. Convert Above Leads to Active & Regular Business.

    Specific Job Requirements:

    1. Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
    2. Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
    3. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
    4. Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
    5. Effective communication skills.
    6. Exceptional customer service skills.
    7. Self-motivated and driven by targets.
