Role : Manual Test Engineer

Employment Type : Full Time

Experience : 3+ Years.

Work Location : Bangalore – Work from office(Banashankari 3^rd Stage)

Notice : 15-30 days

• Analyzing users stories and/or use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
  
• Good knowledge in manual testing through test case estimation, test case preparation and test reporting
  
• Design & develop test cases based on available requirement specifications and verification plans, execute tests cases.
  
• Good exposure to Ad-Hoc testing, Functional testing, Regression testing, Re-testing, Smoke testing, Non-functional testing.
  
• Hands-on experience in API Testing
  
• Prepare a detailed defects report.
  
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
  
• Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
  
• Provide support and documentation.
  
• Participate in day-to-day QA and Scrum activities.
  
• Demonstrated ability to organize, lead, and execute test events.
  
• Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.
  
• Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance and operate as a primary point of contact for the QA teams.
  
• Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques.
  
• Proactive, strong-minded, quick thinker and assertive.
  
• Have strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, ideally in a continuous delivery environment.
