Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Leadership Development Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent MBA graduate with a passion for the EdTech industry. The associate will play a key role in enhancing team dynamics and understanding between the founders and the team, facilitating effective communication and contributing to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies that enhance communication between the founders and various team units.
• Conduct research and analyze data to understand industry trends and business opportunities in the EdTech sector.
• Participate in leadership meetings, providing insights and support to the founders.
• Help organize and coordinate team-building activities and leadership training sessions.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of internal processes to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Engage with different departments to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Recent MBA graduate, preferably with a focus in Education Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the EdTech landscape and business dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
