- To increase the productivity in terms of value and number of loandisbursals as ateam.
- To optimize the cost of merchant acquisition perdisbursal.
- To increase the income from each merchantacquisition.
- Identifying Recruiting and Driving channel partners & DSTson a continuous basis to ensure continuing salesgrowth.
- Responsible for generating business throughDSAs/DSTs.
- Should have direct experience in working out & negotiatingcommercialagreements.
- Ensuring basic business quality parameters such as TAT LeadManagement etc. maintained by theteam.
- Ensuring basic Sales Process in the team by imparting continuousProduct and Process training for the frontend team settingindividual Sales Target and Monitoring regular productivityetc.
- Recruitment and Training ofFOS
- Experience in designing incentive plans motivational programs andengagementactivities.
