    Position: XEF Operations Manager – GTM Partnership

    Location: Bangalore, India

    Report to: Senior Manager

    Job Responsibilities:

    The Operations Manager for Xiaomi Easy Finance is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the XEF program. This role involves negotiating, onboarding, and managing NBFC/fintech partners, collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to enhance the program, driving XEF adoption in offline and online sales channels, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Operations Manager manages day-to-day operations related to partner onboarding, drives usage of XEF, and handles consumer experience and escalations effectively.

    Job Duties:

    • Oversee end-to-end operations of the Xiaomi Easy Finance program, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.
    • Handle negotiations, onboarding, and management of NBFC/fintech partners for XEF, fostering strong partnerships.
    • Collaborate with partners providing device locking technology, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
    • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Phone GTM) to enhance the XEF program, aligning efforts towards common goals.
    • Collaborate with HQ and India tech teams to onboard new devices on XEF, expanding the program's reach and offerings.
    • Drive XEF adoption in both offline and online sales channels, implementing strategies to increase usage and visibility.
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for XEF, monitoring performance and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
    • Manage day-to-day operations related to partner (Retailers) onboarding, drive usage of XEF, and ensure adoption trends meet expectations, ensuring smooth operations and optimal utilization.
    • Work closely with promoters in offline stores to drive XEF adoption, providing support and guidance as needed.
    • Handle consumer experience and escalations efficiently, addressing issues promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • At least 5 years of experience in reputed NBFCs with a focus on consumer loan segments. Preferably experienced in consumer loan segments for smartphones.
    • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalations effectively.

    Qualification – MBA preferred Experience - 8 to 10+ years

    Skills – Digital lending, Consumer Loans, Consumer Lending, mobile financing, BNPL Expertise

    Travel – Should be flexible
