Weare seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented individual as anIntellectual Property Rights Associate. The successful candidatewill be responsible for assisting with various aspects ofintellectual property management including patent trademark andcopyrightmatters.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Conductingpatent trademark and copyright searches andanalyses
  
• Assistingwith the preparation and filing of patent trademark and copyrightapplications
  
• Managingintellectual property portfolios including maintaining accuraterecords anddeadlines
  
• Conductingintellectual property due diligence for businesstransactions
  
• Assistingwith the enforcement of intellectual property rights includingdrafting cease and desist letters and responding to infringementallegations
  
• Supportingintellectual property litigation efforts including document reviewand preparation of legaldocuments
  
• Keepingabreast of developments in intellectual property law andregulations
  

Requirements

• Bachelorsdegree in Law Intellectual Property or related field (advanceddegreepreferred)
  
• Previousexperience working in intellectual property law preferably in a lawfirm or corporate legaldepartment
  
• Strongunderstanding of patent trademark and copyright law andprocedures
  
• Excellentresearch and analyticalskills
  
• Abilityto manage multiple tasks and deadlineseffectively
  
• Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills
  
• Proficiencyin legal research tools anddatabases

Bachelor's degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or related field(advanced degree preferred) Previous experience working inintellectual property law, preferably in a law firm or corporatelegal department Strong understanding of patent, trademark, andcopyright law and procedures Excellent research and analyticalskills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in legalresearch tools and databases
