    Role andResponsibilities:
    The Oracle HCM TechnicalSupport Specialist will be responsible for providing technicalsupport and assistance for Oracle HCM applications within ourinsurance company. This role involves troubleshootingproblemsolving and ensuring the efficient operation of the HCMsystem. Key responsibilities include:
    • TechnicalAssistance: Provide first and secondlevel technical support forOracle HCM applications. Troubleshoot issues related to systemfunctionality user access and dataintegrity.
    • System Maintenance: Perform regularsystem maintenance including updates and patches to ensure optimalperformance.
    • User Support and Training: Assistusers with system navigation data entry and report generation.Conduct training sessions for new users or when new features aredeployed.
    • Issue Resolution: Work closely withHR and IT departments to resolve technical issues. Coordinate withOracle support for escalatedissues.
    • Documentation: Maintain detaileddocumentation of all system configurations modifications andtroubleshooting procedures.
    • Compliance andSecurity: Ensure the system adheres to local data protection lawsand company policies. Implement security measures to safeguardsensitive HR data.
    • Performance Monitoring:Monitor system performance recommend improvements and implementsolutions to enhance userexperience.
    • Stakeholder Communication:Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels regardingsystem updates outages andresolutions.
    CandidateQualifications:
    The ideal candidate shouldpossess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related fieldwith at least 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM technical supportwithin the insuranceindustry.
