    About Role

    Senior Manager– Treasury is a very senior role in the FK Corporate (Group) Treasury Function that is expected to lead New Business Projects, Devising and Creating Financing Structures, Alternate Funding Models (Capex / Opex), Manage Ecosystem Relationship, Financial Services (Fintech Solutions), Sustainable Financing opportunities and also nuances and strategies to go Public. The incumbent sets the direction for the team and support people in their career growth. He ensures that the teams have an inspiring vision

    for the future.

    The Group Treasury Flipkart is on a mission to create value for the Business thru strategic levers and

    choices and be very efficient and productive. This team manages one of the Top 10 treasury in the

    country with size and scale that would dwarf even very big and legacy businesses.

    The team is creating value thru Strategic Deals and Negotiations with Brands and Financing Partners, Financial Risk Management, Investment Management, Cash Management & Forex, Cash Flow Forecasting, Support M&A Transactions, Continuous Integration of acquired Businesses, Automation and Digitization. All this while maintaining and creating a very high degree of Governance and Compliance. Some of the pieces that this team constantly tries to evolve are –

    ● Unique Product Solutions and Financing Models for Flipkart and Seller Ecosystem

    ● Managing Funding, Investment, Liquidity and Risk across Onshore and Offshore Entities ●

    Automation by Leveraging internal and external tech and partners to provide platform for things to

    move on Auto-Pilot and create value from this

    ● Diversify Risks thru evaluation of Opportunities to Maximize returns and create Sustainable models

    You are Responsible for :

    The person ideally should be a Corporate Treasury domain expert with an experience to manage scale, multiple entities and businesses, dealt and crated varied financing structures and having deep ecosystem relationship. Role needs a highly energetic, truly committed and established track record professional, preferably a Chartered Accountant.

    Broad Scope of Responsibilities

    ● Lead and Manage New Business Projects

    ● Formulate and Devise alternate Financing Structures for FK and it's Ecosystem ● Evaluate and

    implement alternate Funding Models for Capital and Operating Spends ● Lead and Manage

    External Engagement and Ecosystem Relationships with Banks, Lenders and other Fintech Players

    ● Closely work with M&A Team / Strategy and Marketing alliance for solutions w.r.t wiring / Cross

    Subsidizing / Escrow etc.

    ● Opportunities in Sustainable Financing

    ● Devise strategy and execute business strategy for going Public

    ● Formulation of Treasury policy and risk management strategies for various group entities ●

    Drive issuance of white paper for treasury complex transaction/ accounting for the same ●

    Lead preparation of board / management notes & presentations

    ● Closely work with Strategy/ Marketing alliance/M&A team for solutions w.r.t wiring/cross

    subsidizing/escrow etc.

    ● Develop, Create and Enable Commercial Card Ecosystem across Businessess – a new domain for

    FK

    You Should have:

    ● Corporate Treasury Domain Expertise – Ability to Manage Scale and Complexity ●

    Chartered Accountant / Treasury Professional with 10-15 yrs experience

    ● Experience of managing teams and delivering high-quality differentiated outputs on time
