    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Process and Product Compliance:

    • Ensure rigorous compliance with sales processes and product standards.
    • Coown and execute strategies to ensure product compliance with industry regulations.

    Market Share Ownership:

    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to coown and deliver market share targets.
    • Monitor and analyze overall WeekoverWeek (WoW) market share performance.

    Wastage Optimization:

    • Drive initiatives to achieve optimal wastage numbers in collaboration with relevant teams.
    • Implement measures to minimize downstream wastage in operations.

    Asset Sanctity:

    • Oversee and ensure the sanctity of assets involved in sales operations.
    • Implement and enforce protocols to safeguard company assets.

    Process and Product Compliance Rates:

    • Establish and monitor process compliance rates.
    • Evaluate and enhance product compliance rates through continuous improvement initiatives.

    Operational Excellence:

    • Implement best practices for efficient and effective sales operations.

    Qualifications:

    Experience:
    Proven background in process and business excellence, preferably from a consulting background.

    Total Experience of 10 to 15 years.

    Industry Exposure:
    Strong experience in operations-intensive industries such as Logistics, Food-Tech, Ridesharing, or E-commerce.

    Knowledge:
    Working knowledge of Tamil is essential, given the focus on Tamil Nadu markets in the next 12 months.

    Execution Skills:
    Pure ops and execution-focused individuals with a track record of delivering result
