    Weare seeking an experienced and detailoriented Accounts Executive tojoin our team in VikhroliMumbai. The idealcandidate should have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience inaccounting andfinance. The individual willbe responsible for managing various aspects of thecompany's financialtransactionsand ensuring compliance with accountingstandards.
    Responsibilities:
    GeneralLedger Management:Maintainand reconcile the general ledger.Ensureaccurate and timely recording of financialtransactions.
    AccountsPayable:Process vendorinvoices and payments.Reconcile vendorstatements and resolvediscrepancies.
    AccountsReceivable:Generate customerinvoices and statements.Follow up on overduepayments and resolve paymentissues.
    BankReconciliation:Reconcile bankstatements and resolve anydiscrepancies.Monitor cash flow and reportanyirregularities.
    ExpenseManagement:Review and processemployee expense reports.Ensure compliancewith companypolicies.
    FinancialReporting:Assist in thepreparation of monthly quarterly and annual financialstatements.Provide financial reports tomanagement asneeded.
    Compliance:Ensurecompliance with accounting principles and company policies andAssist in the preparation ofdocumentationfor audits as per Governmentnorms.
    SoftwareProficiency:Utilizeaccounting software for efficient and accuraterecordkeeping.Tally MSOffice
    Communication:Collaboratewith other departments to gather necessaryinformation.Communicate effectively withinternal and externalstakeholders.
    Adhoc Tasks:Assist in specialprojects and other ad hoc tasks asrequired.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or relatedfield.
    • 34 years of relevant experience inaccounting.
    • Proficient in accounting softwareand Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.
    • Excellent attention todetail and accuracy.
    • Good communication andinterpersonalskills.
