    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct ongoing keyword research, identifying opportunities for expansion and growth.
    • Manage bid optimization and multi-market PPC campaigns to meet agreed-upon targets.
    • Runtargeted ads on various paid channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others - Researching keywords and audience personas.
    • Create re-marketing campaigns, adjusting budget and optimizing bids for improved ROI.
    • Research and implement content recommendations to enhance organic SEO success.
    • Analyze and track website analytics, providing regular insights and recommendations.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine optimization best practices and recommendations.
    • Develop and execute link building strategies to improve online presence.
    • Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices in new code developments.
    • Work closely with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO efforts in content creation and programming.
    • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to boost SEO rankings for target keywords.
    • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues promptly, addressing architecture, crawlability, indexability, broken links, and more.
    • Be accountable for achieving targets in terms of leads, ranking, and traffic through on-page and off-page activities.

    Required Skills and Experience

    • 5-7 years of experience as an SEO Strategist and PPC specialist role.
    • In-depth knowledge of website tools, including Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others.
    • Familiarity with ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends and best practices.
    • Ability to develop and implement an SEO strategy that aligns with business needs and drives significant traffic increases.
    • Capacity to analyze and showcase competitive keyword rankings on major search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
    • Experience with social media is a plus.
    • Excellent written and communication skills.
