    Description

    We are seeking highly skilled QA Engineers to join our insurance-tech client. This is a remote opportunity with the following key responsibilities:

    Job Summary

    In this role, you will be responsible for detecting software bugs early in the Software Development Lifecycle, collaborating with development teams to ensure continuous alignment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement automated tests for multiple testing scenarios across various country instances.
    • Extend automation test coverage to support early detection of bugs and risks.
    • Collaborate closely with country distribution and core domain squads to achieve software quality goals.
    • Propose process improvements within our continuous improvement strategy and drive implementation.
    • Master required tools and components to perform assigned tasks.
    • Foster adherence to software development best practices and methodologies adopted by the company.
    • Produce relevant documentation and guidelines to support the quality as everyone's responsibility strategy.

    Requirements

    • Solid experience with automated testing.
    • Knowledge of at least one software development language.
    • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
    • Experience building automated test suites for build/regression testing.
    • Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools.

    Desirable Qualifications

    • Experience building Load/Stress Tests using JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark, or similar tools.
    • Experience in a continuous integration/deploy environment.
    • Experience building tests in a micro-service/SOA architecture.
    • Experience testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured, or similar tools.
