Eligibility Criteria:

BTECH, MBA, Post Graduate in Pharma, Statistics, Economics, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant analytics experienceEpi based Forecasting for Inline, Pipeline and BD&L Products/ BrandsUnderstanding disease and Therapy Area and its application to forecastUnderstanding of secondary research support / validate assumptionStrong in Excel & any programming experience is good to haveStrong logical and analytical ability to solve business problems.

Independently execute business problems with minimal guidance from LeadsStrong presentation and communication skillsExperience in Pharma domain is mandatory


Roles & Responsibilities:

Work closely with project manager to define business problem, break down the problem into execution steps and run the analysisEnsure high quality analytics solution/reports to clientContribute towards Axtria tools and capabilities as per the business requirements.

Build organization capabilities by participating in Hackathon, solution design, process automationEffectively communicate with onshore/ client (as per business needs)Mentor junior associates
