    RoleOverview:Theposition is a seniorlevel fulltime position to promote manage andadvocate the mission and vision of Rocket Learning in the state.The Project Lead will work closely with the cofounders and willhave the responsibility of supervising 1 2 Senior Program Manager/sand 2 4 Program Managers along with team building and teamdevelopment.
    KeyResults:
    1. Establishingcredible relationships with Civil Servants and Government Officersat the state level
    2. Scaling the Rocket Learningprogram in the state
    3. Work with officers andfacilitate constructive Early Childhood Education policies at thestate level

    KeyActivities 1.Recruitment training and development of the entire state team2. Developing a1year and 3year roadmap for the state3. Establishingclear protocols within the team vis a vis the state administration4. Understandingdata collected from users analysing and utilizing it to furtherdevelop the program5. Facilitatingresearch in the state as and when required and leveraging toadvocate state policies
    Areasof responsibility1. Weekly updatesand quarterly reports to the CoFounders2. Strongrelationships with the State Government and key district officials3. Statewideimplementation of RLs programs4. All supportsafety goal setting and training needs for the team5. Effectivelyimplementing new initiatives and managing change
    CriticalFactors for Success1. Proactive andseamless communication with the team stakeholders within RL andgovt. Officials.2.Strong alignment with the core values and principles of theorganization 3.Committed to the cause of ensuring a strong early childhoodeducation for our children4. Solutionorientedand ability to manage multiple projects
