We are seeking an innovative and passionateQuality Engineering Manager to helpbuild an industry changing fintech platform. Founded in Austin TXwe are a growing company committed to building stronger communitiesby strengthening their financial institutions. As a team manageryou will be on the ground floor of a new product that is growingquickly after a successful proof of concept andbeta.This position is ideal for anexperienced test manager who is passionate about building testingteams from scratch driving conversion of manual tests to automatedtests testing complex products requiring high scalability andreliability. You will provide leadership and bring a strongqualityfocused background to the team working to develop andimprove test effectiveness and efficiency.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Driveend to end quality of a product/project design that may crossmultiple teams within business unit
Defineoverall product/project testing strategy and developing testplans/test cases
Identify appropriate toolstesting methodology automation approach
Proposenew approaches to achieve product goals and timelines with qualityin a costeffective manner
Responsible forexecuting manual/automated tests and reporting defects with thehelp of QE team members
Work closely withProduct Owners and Developers in ensuring high qualityproducts
Meet product requirements: proactivelypropose solutions and resolve project dependencies within scope ofinfluence
Should be handson whenever requiredinvolving automation of both UI and API and maintain the CI/CDenvironment
Manage through setting anddelivering on expectations: set goals that are achievable andmeasurable monitor and trend possible changes and set expectationsof stakeholders/customers on finaldeliverable
Mentor and coach junior QEresources. Provide them direction training and guidance on acontinuous basis
Exposure to penetrationtesting and vulnerability assessment activities of complexapplications operating systems wired and wireless networks andmobile applications/devices
Exposure tosecurity testing plans which has all key components on Datasecurity Data Loss and Prevention Authentication AuthorizationAccess Controls etc.
Exposure to Performancetesting.
Develop/Publish meaningful metrics toreflect the true status of any givenProduct/Solution
Foster and maintainrelationships with key stakeholders and businesspartners
Differentiate issues that can beresolved from those that require escalation; create appropriatelevel of visibility toward issues
Communicateclearly share information regularly be proactive in reaching out tocommunicate both good and bad news
Workingglobally and adapt to changing environments asneeded

EXPERIENCE ANDKNOWLEDGE:

Minimum 6 Years ofexperience including test planning automated test execution teamleader and people management.
Typicallyrequires a Bachelor s degree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of6 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 4 yearsof experience.
Typically requires 12 yearsmanaging and developing employee
Bachelors inComputer Science/Engineering Information Systems ManagementInformation Systems or similar relevantfield
Indepth knowledge of applicationdevelopment processes and at least one programing languagepreferably Python
Hands on experience withtesting frameworks both licensed and Open sources for UI and APIautomation.
Applicable knowledge of Windowsclient/server Unix/Linux systems VMware/Xen and cloud technologiessuch as Salesforce AWS Azure or GoogleCloud
Selfdriven Critical thinker and problemsolver
Experience working with global teamsExcellent organizational and time managementskills
