We are looking for a proactive and strategic-minded Sourcing Manager to join our convenience store team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and establishing partnerships with retail suppliers and direct manufacturers to secure products at the most competitive prices, ultimately contributing to the store's profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Supplier Identification: Research, identify, and evaluate potential retail suppliers and direct manufacturers for a diverse range of products in our convenience store.
• Negotiation and Contracting: Engage in effective negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements, ensuring cost savings for the store.
• Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify opportunities for price reduction, cost efficiencies, and overall savings in the sourcing process.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to streamline the supply chain, reduce lead times, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with suppliers to ensure product quality meets our standards, conducting regular assessments and implementing improvements as needed.
