    Profile - Production Manager (Plastic Compounding)

    Qualification - Diploma/ Degree in Polymer Science/ Plastics

    Salary - Upto 10 Lac CTC

    Location - Alwar (Rajasthan)

    Experience - Min. 10 yrs. Experience in Plastic Compounding.

    Job Description -

    a) Product Quality Control, Color Matching , Polymer Compounding PP , ABS & HIPS Development.

    b) Well Versed of Extrusion & injection moulding process.

    c) Knowledge of Polymer Material Testing (Material Characterization/ Mechanical Properties / Thermal Properties Environmental Properties etc.)

    d) Activities related to ISO : 9001

    e) Plastic testing Lab Facility Upgradtion.

    f) Kaizens & 5S activities.

    g) Planning & Review of Daily Production & Down time, On Line Process Control, Troubleshooting to meet Quality Production Target & Machine Health, Leadership Quality & train the team to get optimal result,

    Housekeeping of shop floor & Machine cleanliness, Reduce Production Cost, Wastage Control, Maintain ISO & other audit documentation.
