    Job Overview

    We are hiring for the position of Operation Executive at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. As an Operation Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various operational activities within the company. This is a full-time remote position with a focus on recruitment and staffing in the New Delhi area. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to join our team and gain valuable experience in the staffing and recruitment industry.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
    • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
    • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
    • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Maintain and update employee records and databases
    • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and trainings
    • Handle employee queries and provide support as needed
    • Monitor and report on employee attendance and leave records
    • Assist in the preparation of payroll and benefits administration
    • Maintain and update company policies and employee handbook
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
