    Ourgrowing business is looking for skilled problem solvers to join ourteam as an Online chat specialist (Entry Level). We need anenthusiastic individual who can chat online with visitors andanswer any questions they might have while visiting a website. Thesuccessful candidate will offer quick and accurate assistance tocustomers.
    TheOnline chat specialist reports to the Online Chat Manager and willbe responsible for providing a variety of customer support relatedduties for the company and our clients. This person will interactdaily with visitors on our clients websites via (Online chatsoftware) and will be expected to provide exceptional customersupport in realtime. They should be capable of hand multipleincoming requests for information. This person will be expected tocontinually demonstrate an ability to stay calm under pressurewhile providing enthusiastic customerservice.
    Thisposition is also a remote position in which you will be workingfromhome.

    Responsibilities
    • Answersincoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issuesservice questions and general clientconcerns
    • Evaluate customer interactions andelevate issues to Online Chat Manager whenappropriate
    • Crete relationships with newcustomers to better understand and achieve theirneeds
    • Respond to the customer questionsinquiries requests and problems accurately concisely andappropriately
    • Promotes interest in clientproducts and services
    • Consistently achievesestablished standards of theposition
    • Continually portray and project apositive and professional image.
    • Provideadministrative support to the customer serviceteam
    • May assist with overflow work and otherduties as needed

    Qualifications
    • Strongwork ethic with the ability to work well both independently andwithin the context of a larger teamorientedenvironment
    • PC keyboarding and internetexperience needed
    • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills including written andverbal
    • Upbeat positive attitude andprofessional demeanor
    • Articulate and wellaccustomed to a clientfacing role
    • Ability tocompose professional emails is aplus
    • Proficient written and verbalcommunication skills in English;
    • Basictechnical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computerapplications) With an upbeat positive kind empatheticpersonality.
