We are seeking a skilled SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP QM modules to ensure effective quality management processes within our organization. The candidate should have a strong understanding of quality management principles and processes, as well as extensive experience with SAP QM module configuration and Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand quality management requirements and translate them into SAP QM solutions.
Configure SAP QM module settings to support quality planning, inspection, notification, and control processes.
Customize SAP QM functionality to meet specific business needs, including defining inspection types, inspection plans, and quality notifications.
Provide expertise in SAP QM integration with other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Sales and Distribution (SD).
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to educate end users on SAP QM functionality and best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP QM module functionality.
Support ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, and patches by analyzing business requirements and implementing corresponding SAP QM changes.
Stay current with SAP QM module updates, new features, and industry best practices to continuously improve quality management processes.
Collaborate with SAP Basis and technical teams to ensure system stability, performance, and Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an SAP QM Consultant or in a similar role, with hands-on experience configuring and customizing SAP QM modules.
In-depth knowledge of quality management processes and methodologies, with experience in implementing quality standards and regulations.
Proficiency in SAP QM module configuration, including but not limited to inspection types, inspection plans, quality notifications, and quality certificates.
Strong understanding of SAP QM integration with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and SD.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
SAP certification in Quality Management (QM) is highly desirable.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a must.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications is a plus.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be a plus
