- Awareness in General & Commercial terms related to Domestic & Export order execution & clear understanding on contractual requirements on each order from different customers.
- Coordination with customer for inspections, making Minutes, submitting the documents in specific time and obtaining the dispatch clearance.
- Clear information on product readiness and organizing the inspection.
- Monitoring Cash inflow & Day wise inspection clearance statements & preparation of monthly reports.
- Familiar on ERP rolls
- Proper maintenance on ISO documentation and keep on updation ISO documentation within the specific time interval.
- Prepare the weekly reports and monthly reports. To know the proper handling in MS office
- Interact with the customers for smooth executions as per the contractual obligations and follow up for payment realization.
- Generate the Tax invoices in ERP & proper input and coordination with all other department members
- Prepare the documentation for shipping both Domestic & Export sales
- Make the proper coordination/ management for all method of dispatches & preparation required documents as per agreed terms during dispatch
- Monitor the payment realization and report to F&A on frequent basis
- Organize the Lodging, Boarding & travel arrangements for Inspectors/ visitors/ customers & shall organize the same for Field Service team during site installation activities
