Overview:

The SeniorManager of Business Analysis plays a crucial role in ourorganization by leading a team of business analysts and overseeingthe development implementation and ongoing evaluation of businessprocesses and strategies. This role is pivotal in drivingoperational efficiency identifying opportunities for improvementand supporting strategic decisionmaking through datadriveninsights.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Lead and manage ateam of business analysts providing guidance and support indelivering highquality analysis andrecommendations.
• Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to identify business needs and opportunitiesfor improvement.
• Develop and implementstrategies to enhance business processes and drive operationalefficiency.
• Utilize data analysis to identifytrends opportunities and potential risks providing insights tosupport decisionmaking.
• Drive the developmentand implementation of business analysis frameworks methodologiesand best practices.
• Support the development andmonitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure theeffectiveness of business processes.
• Stayabreast of industry trends and best practices in business analysisand process improvement.
• Facilitatecommunication and collaboration between business units to ensurealignment and cohesion in strategicinitiatives.
• Provide regular reporting andupdates to senior leadership presenting findings andrecommendations.
• Lead and support specialprojects and initiatives to drive businessobjectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulationsand standards in all business analysisactivities.
• Support the professionaldevelopment and growth of the business analysis team throughmentorship and training.
• Contribute to thedevelopment and execution of the overall businessstrategy.
• Identify and implement technologysolutions to enhance business analysis and reportingcapabilities.

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Management or related field; Masters degreepreferred.
• Proven experience in a seniorbusiness analysis or similar managerialrole.
• Demonstrated leadership and teammanagement abilities with a focus on coaching andmentorship.
• Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex dataand trends.
• Exceptional communication andpresentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complexinformation to diverse audiences.
• Expertise inprocess improvement methodologies and driving organizationalchange.
• Proven track record of successfullyleading and executing business analysisinitiatives.
• Strategic thinking and ability toalign business analysis efforts with organizational goals andobjectives.
• Proficiency in data analysis toolsand business intelligence software.
• Excellentproject management abilities including planning execution and riskmanagement.
