    Description

    The ideal candidate will be capable of creating effective marketing strategies that assist the efforts of sales teams and generate additional leads. This candidate should be comfortable creating content to aid the sales teams and have an ability to evaluate a marketing campaign to guarantee the best outcome. Additionally, this candidate should have a good understanding of the goals of various salespeople and ultimately operate as a close business partner.

    About the Role

    Responsible but not limited to the following:

    Leads and supports the pipeline of new business development, Account Management.

    Collaborate with other functions to develop strategies for growth within existing accounts or acquiring new customers.

    Maximize revenue opportunities from the assigned customers.

    Communicate account strategies clearly and regularly within the organization.

    Manage and coordinate all pricing requests/proposals from the assigned accounts.

    Act as the escalation point for major issues/complaints from the assigned customer group. Coordinate internally to resolve such issues and respond promptly to customers.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or related field.

    Must have Automotive domain experience preferably Wiring harness and dealing with Passenger Vehicle OEM's for India market

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
