    Vice President - Sales & Marketing


    Job Overview:


    We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

    A strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

    This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate across departments, and a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.

    This position is for Electric Vehicle Segment Company.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    • Provide visionary leadership to the sales and marketing teams, setting clear goals and objectives.

    Sales Management:

    • Overview and develop the strategies for secondary Channel sales, Franchise sales, PSUs tieups, Brand collaborations & OEM tieups, Corporate sales including lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

    Marketing Management:

    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

    Team Development:

    • Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing professionals, fostering a highperformance culture.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other departments, including product development, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.

    Market Analysis and Strategy:

    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.
    • Develop strategic recommendations based on market insights, customer feedback, and industry best practices.
