- Develop and implement a comprehensive event strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic input on event concepts, themes, and formats.

- Create and execute marketing, event, and content strategies that leverage the unique strengths and resources of each partner.
- Enhance brand exposure by leveraging partner networks and audiences, creating co branded marketing materials, and implementing joint marketing e orts.
- Develop and execute strategies that align both brands, conveying a consistent and compelling message to their combined audiences.
- Lead partnership negotiations with a focus on equitable and mutually beneficial terms. Strike the best barter deals for an NGO setup.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to develop and review partnership agreements, ensuring that all obligations and rights are clearly defined.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within potential partner organisations.
- Cultivate trust and rapport through regular communication, meetings, and networking events.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in leadership roles within brand building, events and client servicing. Past experience in an NGO would be a plus.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Project management skills and the ability to work e ectively in a team.
