    Description


    We at Magic Bus are looking for a senior marketing manager who is responsible for both fundraising through galas and building brand awareness through strategic brand partnerships.

    As the Brand and partnership lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence through campaigns and strategic partnerships as well as drive gala/events fundraising.


    Strategic Event Planning:
    Gala / Partner Events


    Event Planning :

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive event strategy aligned with organizational goals.
    • Provide strategic input on event concepts, themes, and formats.

    Client Relationship Management :

    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders like Gala committee as well as top donors.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for highprofile clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded.

    Project Oversight :

    • Led the planning and execution of multiple events simultaneously.
    • Ensure all events are executed awlessly to drive fundraising and brand visibility.

    Brand Partnership:

    Prospect Identification:

    • Research and evaluate potential partners, considering their brand alignment, audience demographics, reach, and reputation.
    • Identify emerging trends in the social sector and sector dynamics to target partners that o er strategic advantages.

    Collaboration Planning:

    • Develop detailed partnership plans, outlining objectives, milestones, and responsibilities for both parties.
    • Create and execute marketing, event, and content strategies that leverage the unique strengths and resources of each partner.

    Brand Association :

    • Enhance brand exposure by leveraging partner networks and audiences, creating co branded marketing materials, and implementing joint marketing e orts.
    • Develop and execute strategies that align both brands, conveying a consistent and compelling message to their combined audiences.

    Negotiation:

    • Lead partnership negotiations with a focus on equitable and mutually beneficial terms. Strike the best barter deals for an NGO setup.
    • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to develop and review partnership agreements, ensuring that all obligations and rights are clearly defined.

    Relationship Building:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within potential partner organisations.
    • Cultivate trust and rapport through regular communication, meetings, and networking events.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
    • Proven experience in leadership roles within brand building, events and client servicing. Past experience in an NGO would be a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
    • Project management skills and the ability to work e ectively in a team.
    • Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour
    • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced and changing environment.
