    Overview:

    The role ofAxis BPO Process (Inbound/Outbound Sales/AV DeskInsurance Profile)is crucial to the organization as it involves interacting withpotential and existing customers to sell insurance products provideservice and address inquiries. This position plays a key role incontributing to the revenue and growth of the insurance businessthrough effective sales and customerservice.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Handle inbound andoutbound sales calls to promote insurance products andservices.
    • Address customer inquiries andprovide information about insurance policies and coverageoptions.
    • Assess customers insurance needs andrecommend suitable products or solutions.
    • Meetor exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the businesssrevenue goals.
    • Ensure accurate and timelydocumentation of sales and customer interactions in the CRMsystem.
    • Collaborate with the AV Desk team tohandle insurancerelated transactions and provide support asneeded.
    • Follow up with prospective customers tosecure sales and maintain customerrelationships.
    • Adhere to compliance andregulatory standards in the insuranceindustry.
    • Participate in training anddevelopment programs to enhance product knowledge and salesskills.
    • Contribute to team meetings and shareinsights and best practices for improved salesperformance.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Prior experience ininbound or outbound sales preferably in the insuranceindustry.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting salestargets and delivering excellent customerservice.
    • Strong understanding of insuranceproducts policies and industryregulations.
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
    • Ability to effectivelynegotiate and handle objections fromcustomers.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems andother salesrelated software.
    • Proactive andselfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part ofa team.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; adegree in business or related field is aplus.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours asrequired by the business needs.
    • Strongattention to detail and organizationalskills.
