Role: PMO (Senior Role)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 12 to 18 years

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / PhD in Pharma / Biotech with an MBA. PMP certification is an added advantage

Job Description:

· Last 3 to 5 years leading Corporate PMO Function experience

· Must possess experience of 10-12 years in R&D / Regulatory / PM related roles.

· Has knowledge of Setting up work for PMO Function

· Knowledge of project planning, initiation, execution, tracking, monitoring, and facilitating completion of pharmaceutical product portfolio (Oncology) of the company.

· Should have experience in leading of Cross Functional Team meetings to track & monitor projects

· Should have experience of monitoring resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget

· Experience of acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining and working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans

· Should have knowledge to ensure project goals are aligned with organizational objectives: Project plan updated real-time & utilized by project teams to track activities.

· Require good communication skills (Written and verbal both) along with hands on skills of excel data management & PMO.

· Monitoring and accountability for technology transfer.

Threshold Requirement in the Job role (additional but not mandatory)

Should be familiar with:

· Developed markets Generic Formulation Development.

· Current Regulatory Guidance's & understanding pharma regulations across EU & Emerging markets

· Project Management Processes.

· Experience in Oncology Therapeutic Area would be an added advantage
