    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tech Recruiter to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a Tech Recruiter with 4 to 6 years of experience in contract hiring, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top technical talent to support our company's growth. This position will focus on contract and temporary staffing needs within our organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber technical professionals for contract and temporary positions. This may include utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other methods.

    2. Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-person or video interviews. Assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.

    3. Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop a clear understanding of the desired candidate profiles.

    4. Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a talent pipeline of technical professionals to ensure a quick response to hiring demands.

    5. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, by providing clear communication and guidance.

    6. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate employment terms and conditions with candidates and contractors, ensuring they align with company guidelines and regulations.

    7. Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and employment trends, ensuring that all recruitment processes adhere to legal requirements.

    8. Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records, including applicant tracking and management systems.

    9. Reporting: Generate regular reports and metrics to track recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and time-to-fill metrics.

    10.Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve and optimize the recruitment process by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.

    Requirements-

    ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

    ● 4-6 years of proven experience in technical recruiting, with a specific focus on contract and temporary staffing.

    ● Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.

    ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

    ● Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

    ● Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, particularly in the context of contract hiring.

    ● Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

    ● Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

    ● Adept at building relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.

    ● Results-driven and metrics-oriented approach to recruitment.
