Responsibilities

• We are have openings for Sr. Account Executive position who is having 4+ years experience
• Must have hands on experience on both Indian, US accounting and payroll
• should carry experience in working in Quickbooks
• looking for candidates who are flexible to work with night shift (i.e., 7 pm to 4.30 am)

Schedule:

Night shift US shift

Experience:

2-4 years in US Accounting

Immediate Joiners are preferred

Note: Working with QuickBooks software(recent version) is mandatory.

Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks

Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables

Experience with general ledger functions

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Knowledge about W2, 1099, C2C AR & AP US Payroll Experience
