To conduct market surveys to understandthe sales potential of areas and get competitor s details &market share and strategies adopted by themperiodically.
Administration of CAT 2&3 Sales Offices byoptimum utilization of resources approved budgets and Cost Controlin general and Sales & Distribution costs inparticular.
Critically examine the expenses made under each cost head anddevise measure to reduce costs. Ensure the expenses under theapproved budgets.
Placement of Freezers in the market reviewits productivity and conduct periodical assets audits to ascertainthe assets.
Effective control to minimize the leakages& damages and keep the same within the allocatedbudgets.
Optimum utilization of manpower &ensure deployment as per the plan.
Training / hand holding / development ofthe team and review their skill and competency gap on a periodicbasis and suggest appropriate training methods / modules forimproving the employee s skills andcompetency.
Organize customer contract programs andaddressing complaints.
