    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Telesales Executive to join our team at Triptadka, a leading hospitality brand of Meravilla Solutions LLP. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
    • Target-oriented and self-motivated
    • Ability to handle customer objections and resolve customer complaints
    • Good knowledge of the hospitality industry
    • Proficiency in regional languages is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Contact potential customers via telephone and deliver a compelling sales pitch to promote Triptadka's products and services
    • Identify and qualify sales leads, prospect new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
    • Follow up with leads and maintain an active pipeline of potential customers
    • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets
    • Provide accurate and timely sales reports
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify new sales opportunities
