We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Legal Professional to oversee the legal aspects of our Dharavi Redevelopment Project (DRP), particularly focusing on Annexure II. The candidate will play a critical role in navigating the complex legal landscape, ensuring regulations, guidelines and safeguarding the project against legal risks.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all legal processes related to Annexure II of the DRP project, including but not limited to documentation, litigation and negotiation.
2. Provide expert legal advice to the project management team on all matters affecting the project, with a focus on DRP laws.
3. Draft, review and ensure the proper execution of agreements, and other legal documents related to the project.
4. Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices that affect the project and advise the management team accordingly.
5. Facilitate legal training sessions for the project team to enhance their understanding of legal obligations and risks

Education:

1. LLB

Experience:

1. 10 to 15 years with relevance experience of around 5 years in SRA projects
