Roles and Responsibilities
Assesses competitors by analysing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
Communicating with customers on regular intervals
Making outbound calls to potential customers
Developing new leads & referrals
Creating and maintaining customer database
Understanding customer needs
Explaining product features and benefits
Closing sales and achieving monthly sales quotas
Responsible for customer follow-up
Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
Required Key Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Proven sales experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to establish rapport and closing sales
