    Position Overview:

    As a HORECA Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales within the HORECA sector, focusing on coffee products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically within the coffee manufacturing industry or HORECA/institutional sales, and possess a deep understanding of the dynamics of the hospitality and foodservice market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Business Development:
    • Identify and target new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
    1. Product Knowledge:
    • Possess in-depth knowledge of our coffee products and their unique selling points.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase the quality and appeal of our coffee offerings.
    1. Market Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
    • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
    1. Sales Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts.
    • Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and challenges.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 1-7 years of proven sales experience in the coffee manufacturing industry or HORECA/institutional sales.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with the HORECA sector and an existing network of contacts within the industry.
