    TeamManagement:
    Manage and oversee existing teamswithin the organizationFoster a positiveteam environment providing support and guidance to teammembers.
    Work closely with team leaders toaddress any HRrelated concerns and implement strategies for teamdevelopment.

    EmployeeEngagement:
    Regularly interact with thecurrent teams to understand feedback address concerns and identifyareas for improvement.
    Implement initiativesto enhance employee engagement andsatisfaction

    PolicyCreation and Updates:

    Proactively contributeto the development and enhancement of HRpoliciesStay informed about industry bestpractices and legal requirements ensuring policies are uptodate andincompliance.


    CommunicationBridge:

    Qualifications:
    Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
    Proven experience as an HR Executiveor in a similar role.
    Strong recruitmentskills with the ability to source candidates from variouschannels.
    Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
    Familiarity with teammanagement and employee engagementpractices.
    Knowledge of HR policies and legalcompliance.
    Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a dynamic environment.
