    Role Summary:
    The Business Process Engineer works with business stakeholders, IT teams and various members of leadership across our businesses to map process areas of highest impact and greatest need

    Essential Responsibilities:


    process mapping and document current and future state business define a problem, evaluate its requirements, and map processes or analyze and challenge current processes, identify gaps and areas of improvement and document current and future state processes and procedures.stakeholder management skill setexperience using process mapping and project management toolsanalytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesunderstanding of technology and technical conceptsto communicate with and work at different levels and across different disciplines - in person, by video, over the telephone, and email with high attention to detail.organizational skills, with an attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

    Requireddegree in information technology, Engineering or related technical field experienceyears process improvement and/or business experience around process managementand demonstrated use of statistics, LEAN Six Sigma, data analysis, and process engineering methodologies (SIPOC, VOC, Process Mapping, Kaizen, Process Requirements)gathering detailed requirements of user needs, business impacts, and system functionality that are actionable, definable, relevant, measurable, and testable.

    working in an Agile MS Office applications (Visio, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
