ILPOverseas is seeking a highly motivated Human Resource Intern tojoin our team. As a Human Resource Intern you will gain handsonexperience in various HR functions and support the HR team indaytoday activities. This is a remote position ideal for a fresherwith less than 1 year of experience. It is a online internshipprogram where freshers can engage andlearn.

RolesAndResponsibilities

• Assistin recruitment and selection processes including job postingscreening resumes and conductinginterviews
• Maintain and update employee recordssuch as personal information
• Assist in theonboarding process for new hires including orientation andpaperwork
• Assist in organizing and coordinatingtraining programs and workshops
• Support the HRteam in employee engagement initiatives such as organizing eventsand activities
• Assist in performance managementactivities including gathering feedback and conducting performancereviews
• Support in developing and implementingHR policies and procedures
• Handle generaladministrative tasks related to HRoperations
