- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for Salesforce applications.
- Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce Primary Clouds to ensure functionality, performance, and scalability meet business requirements.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Provar to maximize test coverage and efficiency.
- Identify, report, and track defects using industrystandard defect tracking tools, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices, and incorporate them into the testing process.
- Document test cases, test results, and other relevant information to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud), with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and configuration.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications.
