HR Recruiter Position at an International School in Gurgaon, Haryana

• Immediate joining required


• Responsibilities include Recruiting, Interview Scheduling, Payroll Management, and Grievance Handling


• Must have a strong grasp of Recruitment processes, adept at candidate screening and interview coordination


• Requires a diplomatic, sincere, and empathetic approach towards employees


• Positive attitude, proactive, hardworking, and dedicated to the job


• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience with a salary of around 45k per month


• Work hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm


• Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in HR


• Position open for male candidates only


• Prefer local candidates from Gurgaon
