- Monitor the onboarding of New Borrowers on LMS, platform business, and external platform/'s – Documentation & Pre-Disbursement Checklists prepared by team.
- Setting new processes & vetting the disbursements & trade transactions to mitigate various transactional risks.
- Assist business units with timely reporting of operational risk incidents including root cause analyses and development of mitigating action plans.
- Perform and maintain risk assessments for various processes and programs to identify risks, create internal controls and implement mitigation factors (Pre and Post Disbursement and Collection).
- Perform reviews of operations and provide recommendations to improve quality of risk controls.
- Analyse, track, and produce the reporting of issues and action plans for audit requirements.
- Process improvement & conducting UAT for - new processes, automating existing processes, using external platforms for reducing TAT, and developing efficiency.
