- Proven work experience as an HR Operations
- Competency in working with HR Information Systems, handson experience with Darwin or similar platforms.
- Handson experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- Excellent analytical and decisionmaking abilities
- Should be excellent in Excel and data analytics
- Should have on experience in Payroll and Compliance
