    Specialist - Communication


    Communication Strategy and Planning :

    • Participate in the Promotional Strategic Committee, defining strategies to promote products and brands to targeted audiences, together with the sales and marketing areas.
    • Prioritize communication projects and integrate internal and corporate communication actions decided by specific management.
    • Collaborate in defining and implementing strategies that promote the operational excellence of marketing actions, supporting commercial and development teams in their initiatives.
    • Build, in collaboration with stakeholders, a strategy oriented to customer excellence, to enable a customer happy journey, better serve our customers' needs and improve satisfaction and loyalty to HM.Clause.
    • Elaborate Communications Strategy & Plan (tactics and channels), Marcom campaign, Messaging and KPIs.

    Communication Execution and Monitoring :

    • Facilitate effective communications in the country, aligned with the guidelines of the Product Development Managers, Sales, and Regional Marcom Manager.
    • Collaborate in the preparation of the annual communication plan and budget, ensuring approval and validation by management.
    • Implement and monitor the annual local communication plan, following management guidelines and supervision.
    • Ensure the quality of communication publications, services, and deadlines, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and target audience expectations.
    • Assist in defining and validating each annual local communication action plan aligned with the annual strategy.
    • Control the implementation of the communication plan, ensuring the quality of publications, services, and deadlines.
    • Monitor the performance of communication actions and regularly communicate results to management and involved teams, identifying optimization opportunities and continuous improvement.

    Media Relations and Events:

    • Establish and maintain solid relationships with thirdparty suppliers, such as advertising agencies, printers, translators, and other service providers, to ensure efficiency and quality in the execution of communication actions.
    • Identify opportunities to improve internal communication processes, encouraging collaboration and information sharing between departments.
    • Monitor and evaluate the impact of communication actions, collecting feedback and data to improve future initiatives.
    • Contribute to the preparation and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing actions that boost brand visibility, customer engagement, and the achievement of business objectives.
    • Stay updated on trends and best practices in communication and marketing, aiming to identify opportunities for innovation and improvements in the company's communication strategy.

    Digital Content:

    • Coordinates the production of images, videos, and other types of content, ensuring adherence to visual identity and brand guidelines.
    • Assist in maintaining and updating the content of the company's website, as well as executing social media strategies, ensuring the consistency and relevance of posts.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content, using tools such as Google Analytics and other analysis platforms (for example, e analytics), to optimize the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Collaborate with other internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and communication, to ensure integration and consistency of messages across all digital platforms.
    • Identify and seize opportunities for collaborative content creation or partnerships with other organizations, promoting synergies and expanding the reach of the company's content.
    • Keep up with trends and best practices in digital marketing and communication, identifying opportunities for improvements and innovations for the company's strategy in the online environment.

    KPIs and Report:

    • Monitor area KPIs and provide detailed reports that assist management in decisionmaking and in evaluating the performance of marketing and communication actions.
    • Analyze the impact of implemented actions, identifying areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and implement methodologies and processes for measuring and evaluating marketing and communication actions, ensuring effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
    • Record and archive generated data, keeping all existing information sharing platforms updated.
    • Actively participate in the analysis of the results of marketing and communication initiatives, contributing with insights and recommendations for optimizing actions and maximizing ROI.
    • Collaborate in defining and periodically reviewing KPIs, ensuring they are aligned with the strategic objectives of the area and the company.
    • Establish efficient communication processes to share information and updates related to KPIs and the performance of marketing and communication actions with teams and management.
