    Description

    Role & Responsibility:

    • Understand the product, market & business metrics, and how paid acquisition fits into the overall growth model.
    • Become a product evangelist first.
    • Be responsible for performance marketing across digital channels such as google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, ecommerce marketplaces, programmatic & affiliates.
    • Define and execute campaigns with external agencies on a daytoday basis.
    Own the channel metric to get maximum ROI out of the budget.

    • Work on four streams viz website, social media marketing, ecommerce marketing & SEO/SEM.

    • Lead analysis to evaluate campaign performance, suggest optimization, and complete campaign reports, bringing cross channel performance insights and actionable.
    • Input into the digital strategy requirements with a strong understanding of the business objectives and KPIs.
    • Analyse data, trends, performance and leverage your understanding of Google, FB, & Programmatic advertising solutions to create holistic marketing strategies.
    • Develop and maintain strategic and testing roadmaps in CPC/CPM campaigns.
    • Develop campaign measurement frameworks that are aligned with marketing KPIs and ensure proper mechanisms are in place to track performance.
    • Coordinate with the creative and content team and help them to drive the overall creative and content strategy with supporting data and analysis.

    • You have 8+ years of work experience in performance marketing for consumer products.

    • You have business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability.
    • You have sound experience with planning, conceptualizing, and implementing omniplatform digital marketing campaigns, spanning web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and ecommerce marketplaces.
    You are good at developing and managing the content strategy in line with our brand narrative.

    • Should have prior experience of setting up/working with an Eshop/ecommerce marketplace.
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or digital advertising campaigns.
    • Prior knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MozPro, SEM Rush, ahRefs).
    • Knowledge of marketing automation, lead management tools and other direct marketing platforms would be advantageous.
